Lodestone compass spins when on top of a lodestone in an item frame

The Bug

When the item frame with lodestone compass is placed on the lodestone, the lodestone compass will rotate randomly.

Reproduce

• Get a lodestone, item frame & compass
• Link the compass to the lodestone
• Place an item frame on top of the lodestone and place the lodestone compass in the frame

Observed Result

The lodestone compass kept spinning

Expected Result

The lodestone compass wouldn't spin
