Going into spectator while crawling/swimming under a block will make you crawl in spectator.

To reproduce:

1. Go into a crawling/swimming space
2. Be as close to the block above you as you can
3. Enter spectator mode

Extra: Flying through blocks with this bug will keep you in crawl mode until you enter an open space tall enough to stand.
