Ocean Monuments Not Working In Snapshot

I got curious and moved a copy of my world that I have been working on since 1.14.4 to the snapshot. I wanted to see what would change but when I came across all of my different ocean monuments (of which my world has a ridiculous amount of), none of them were  spawning guardians. Not sure if this is intentional like how the flower forest patterns are changing but I thought bringing attention to the issue might be important.
