Water placing bug

When i tried placed a bucket of water where a block of water already was, the water block seemed to break as if it was a normal block.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be in creative m ode with a bucket of water
2. place the bucket of water down, creating a pool of water.
3. right click the block of water you placed with the water bucket
