Guardians don't Spawn around temples

The world was created in snapshot 21w37a.

We have updated the world for each snapshot following.

I am attempting to make a guardian farm, but I noticed that only the Guardian boss(s) are the only thing in this temple of mine.

This temple was generated before the update to 21w41a
