Expected structures don't generate in certain biomes

Note: I am aware that some of those biomes already have their separate bug reports but it will be much easier to track this report by grouping them all into one single big report.
I have also checked trough every biome there is and those are all affected biomes as of 21w41a

How to reproduce:
1-Create any of those biomes in a single biome world
2- Use /locate commant and try to locate an affected structure
3- Affected structure does not generate in this biome despite the fact it should
