Scores of spectators are not shown in the tab list

The scoreboard scores in the tab list aren't shown for players in spectator mode.

To reproduce

1. /scoreboard objectives add test dummy
2. /scoreboard objectives setdisplay list test
3. Press tab and see the 0 next to the name
4. /gamemode spectator
5. Press tab and the 0 next to the name is gone
