java.net.connectexception Connection Refused no futher information 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0:25565

Hi had this problem since today, talked to the mojang support, and we tried everything possible that he could think of, after we managed to chech everything, the problem wasnt fixed, we downloaded new driver, checked for updates, and more setting, i couldnt join any server.

Then he told me to come here, cause he thinks that its an bug
