Single Biome Deep Ocean worlds have lots of land

I like to play in water worlds. Previously, Single Biome, Deep Ocean worlds would have no land. Now they look like Beach worlds. Even Ocean Monuments have surface sand and sandstone generating above them.

BTW I have actually found land in Deep Ocean worlds before, but only 2 kinds: 1 block of wood from shipwreck masts reaching just to sea level; and a stronghold that reached the surface and was covered with a layer of sand.
