Nether specific blocks are not generating in specific nether biome for some reason.

For some reason, in nether biomes, like Crimson/Warped Forest and Soulsand Valley, are not generating blocks, like crimson/warped block, crimson/warped fungi, soulsand. But still, in those biomes still generating Warped/Crimson vines, and in Soulsand Valley - Fossils.
