Nether not generating biomes normally

**I expected to see the Crimson Forest, Warped Forest, and Soul Sand Valley to have scenery.

It was only the atmosphere and the occasional vine cluster plus only netherrack.

 

Load into nether, and try to find any of the biomes listed.
