Deepslate / Cobbled Deepslate cannot be used as substitutes for Cobblestone in some crafting recipes

When attempting to craft items that need cobblestone, cobbled deepslate is unusable as a substitute. This works fine for stone tools, so logically it should work for pistons, droppers, dispensers, etc. as well.

 

The same problem arises with recipes that require stone, deepslate cannot be used as a substitute, either. (i.e. repeaters, comparators, stonecutters, etc.)
