Lofty peaks and stony peaks are flat on large biomes worlds

1) Open a new world in 1.17.1 version with the settings "large biomes"
2) Close the world and upgrade that in 21w39a snapshot
3) Type /locatebiome lofty_peak or /locatebiome stony_peaks
4) Notice that the biomes have not peaks
