Nether doesnt generate 1.16 biomes blocks

In the nether in the new snapshots biomes exist but there is no nylium or fungus trees, however there are random vines in their biomes. In the soul sand valley bone structures still generate but no soul sand or soil. Bastions and fortresses still generate.
