Blackstone incorrectly generates with Ancient Debris

May require more research.
-6549129765912498404, Nether around 64, 15, 267, for an example. I explored a few other worlds with xray and got similar results.
This may be an extension of how clay was generating on the surface with diamond ore underneath but a nether variant.
