Random rotation of bedrock can result in an unnatural pattern

The bug

Similarly to stone (~~MC-171028~~), bedrock is randomly rotated. However, occasionally it results in an unnatural symmetric pattern. This might be intended.

To reproduce

Execute the following command:

/execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @s -0.64 128.00 9.53 307.07 63.75
