Ender Pearls despawn on death

The Bug

When a player throws an ender pearl, e.g. stasis chamber, and the player dies, the ender pearl despawns unless the chunks are loaded.

Reproduce

• Make an Ender Pearl status chamber
• Thrown an ender pearl in it
• Unload the chunk
• Do /kill

Observed Result

The ender pearl despawned

Expected Result

The ender pearl wouldn't despawn
