There is a grid that has popped up in my Minecraft game and even if I reinstall 1.4.2 or 1.4.3 prerelease it stays ...

The grid effect came well I was using 1.4.3 pre-release and at the moment it won't go away no matter how hard I try I even changed back to regular 1.4.2! please any help would be greatly appreciated.
