Badlands plateau does not generate

In current snapshots, the badlands_plateau biome no longer generates.
All badlands plateaus are currently wooded_badlands_plateau

Unsure if this is intended, as some biomes such as desert lakes (see MC-236852) were intentionally removed, however wooded_badlands seems the more "special" type, while "badlands" seems to be the regular type.

How to reproduce

1. Generate a world
2. /locatebiome minecraft:badlands_plateau
   -> can't find
3. /locatebiome minecraft:wooded_badlands_plateau
   -> can find

Or:

1. Download https://github.com/slicedlime/examples/raw/master/vanilla_worldgen.zip
2. Open dimension/overworld.json
3. Ctrl+F "minecraft:badlands_plateau"
   -> Cannot be found

Expected Behavior

Badlands plateau can generate, or possibly "wooded badlands plateau" is renamed to "badlands plateau"
