Steps to Reproduce:

• Enter the following seed and coordinates.

• Seed: 5577082629219222156
  Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s -1017.01 30.16 302.24 306.49 34.28

• →  Notice how aquifers can occasionally interfere with the generation of mineshafts which can cause parts of these structures to be isolated.

Expected Behavior:

The expected behavior would be that aquifers cannot interfere with the generation of mineshafts which would result in parts of these structures not being isolated.
