Command Block Console does not display the command once set.

Command Blocks allow you to set the command but when you open them back up they do not display the previously entered command. 

What I expected to happen was...:
When you access the command blocks console after entering the command it is supposed to display the command that was previously entered.

What actually happened was...:
Command block still works but you cannot review what was previously entered.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place command block
2. Set command.
3. Open the command blocks console again and the command is not displayed.
