Horses disconnects from leads

Horses disconnects from leads if I'm connecting in Vanilla server. As seen in screenshot lead is on the ground.

1. Connect horses with leads to the fences.
2. Disconnect from server (unload chunk)
3. Connect again. Mine horses are escaping..
