Items being invisible in the inventory.

So I was playing survival testing the new caves and mountains.

And i started mining some iron, but I noticed that I was picking up iron, but it wasn't in my inventory.

I moved some items around my inventory and the raw iron just appeared.

I was thinking that i just have picked it up, but I tried a couple more times and the same issue happened.
