NBT suggesting is not present in summon command

NBT suggesting (the curly brackets) is not present in the /summon command, while it is present in /setblock and /give.

Expected behavior:
The NBT argument suggests opening and closing brackets.

Observed behavior:
Nothing is suggested, and only [<nbt>] is shown.
