When cutting of leaves with shears, they drop saplings and apples. As much as I know, this shouldn't happen because it makes the apples easier to obtain. (Sorry for my bad english, I'm mexican)

What I expected to happen was...:
When cutting off leaves with the use of shears, they should only drop the leaves block.

What actually happened was...:
They dropped sapplings and apples too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take some shears in survival mode.
2. Cut off some oak leaves with them.
3. They will not only drop the leaves, but also some saplings and occasionaly, apples.
