Cannot SELECT the not supported world in Singleplayer menu

We can't select the not supported world in Singleplayer menu.

I don't wan to load these not supported worlds. I just want to do something such as delete them, make backups, or re-create them.

There might be more solutions to prevent player load those worlds, not only forbid to select the world.
