Grove biome generating without trees

I noticed grove biomes are generating without trees in snapshot 21w37a.

At first I thought it was a snowy slopes biome, but the I realized there were fewer snow block layers compared to the snowy slopes and so I checked and saw that it was actually a grove biome.
