My skin doesn't change.

I click on change skin and it says that it is applied, but the steve skin is shown to me, and my friends see it too, I deleted the skins folder and still does not work, I even reinstalled, and when I had a mojang account, the skin worked, and now Microsoft, and skins do not work for me on it!
