Light level decreases with height when blocks are placed (Java)

The screenshots describe what happens, when i build in that place a zone around the block (32 blocks with the central block) decreases the light level. When the blocks are destroyed you need to leave the darkened zone and enter again to return to the normal light level. It just happens in certain places.
