Sensitivity is too high when Raw Input is on

When Raw Input is on your sensitivity can't be turned down as low as it can be without the setting on, even when pulling the sensitivity slider all the way down. The only way to get a lower sensitivity with this option on is by turning down your actual mouse DPI outside of the game. This is extremely inconvenient for High DPI users. Please fix!
