Several actions are not canceled after pressing the ESC key

The Bug:

Several actions are not canceled after pressing the ESC key.

Here is a list of actions that are not canceled after pressing the ESC key. Please note that there could be more.

• Blocking with a shield.
• Preparing to shoot a bow or crossbow.
• Preparing to throw a trident.
• Eating or drinking items.
• Using a spyglass.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter a singleplayer world and open it to LAN.
2. Begin performing any of the actions listed above and then quickly press the ESC key.
3. Take note as to whether or not several actions are canceled after pressing the ESC key.

Observed Behavior:

Several actions such as blocking with a shield, using a spyglass, etc, are not canceled after pressing the ESC key.

Expected Behavior:

All actions should be canceled after pressing the ESC key.
