The Bug:

Climbing sounds and subtitles are produced too many times for other players.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Without anyone but yourself nearby, climb some twisting vines and take note of how often the climbing sounds and subtitles are produced.
2. Now get two players and label them, "Player A" and "Player B".
3. Get "Player A" to disable all sounds and have "Player B" stand close by.
4. Get "Player A" to climb some twisting vines and have "Player B" listen closely.
5. Take note as to whether or not climbing sounds and subtitles are produced too many times for other players.

Observed Behavior:

Climbing sounds and subtitles are produced too many times for other players.

Expected Behavior:

Climbing sounds and subtitles would not be produced too many times for other players. Instead, they should be produced the same amount of times for all players.
