Nether not properly generating.

Nether biomes not properly generating in 21w37a. soulsand valleys dont have soul sand, crimson/warped forests have no nylium so no nether trees can be harvested. structure generation seems to be unaffected as theres still fossils and broken nether portals in the nether.
