The Bug:

Resizing your game window causes the command suggestion list to return to the top.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Type the following command in chat without pressing enter.

   /summon 

2. Use the scroll button on your mouse to navigate to the "ocelot" entity within the command suggestion list.
3. Resize your game window and look at the command suggestion list.
4. Take note as to whether or not resizing your game window causes the command suggestion list to return to the top.

Observed Behavior:

The command suggestion list to return to the top.

Expected Behavior:

The command suggestion list would maintain its position upon the game window being resized.
