Fences don't connect to the smoker within the "snowy_butchers_shop_2" structure

The Bug:

Fences don't connect to the smoker within the "snowy_butchers_shop_2" structure.

Here is an example:

Seed: 6839161054487471859
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 13280.49 120.00 4461.65 -528.74 17.85

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
2. Look closely at the fences and the smoker within the village structure.
3. Take note as to whether or not fences don't connect to the smoker within the "snowy_butchers_shop_2" structure.

Observed Behavior:

Fences don't connect to the smoker.

Expected Behavior:

Fences would connect to the smoker.
