The bug

Sculk sensors are not activated upon using shears on cave, twisting and weeping vines or kelp.

To reproduce

• Place down vines (cave vines, twisting or weeping vines) or kelp.
• Place down a sculk sensor nearby.
• Right-click on the block with shears.
• → Notice how sculk sensors are not activated.

Expected behavior

The expected behavior would be that sculk sensors are activated upon using shears on cave, twisting and weeping vines or kelp.
