/jfr stop output does not have a link

The bug

When running /jfr stop to save a JFR report to disk, the filename in chat is not linked. This is inconsistent with other filenames that are outputted, such as screenshots and debug reports.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run /jfr start to start profiling
2. Run /jfr stop to dump the profile to a file

Observed behaviour

The filename is not linked

Expected behaviour

The chat message would contain a link to the file
