The minecraft would not start. it will not load even if i have paid and own minecraft through my microsoft account.It shows error code 0. it does not load ahead and shows the error.

my name is Arya i brought minecraft java a while ago and i could not boot it. I even deleted it and reinstalled still not working. It shows a white screen and does not load. i did it with my microsoft account.
