Game says there is a stronghold where there is not

Followed eyes of ender to suspected stronghold spot; there is no stronghold; used "locate" command and went to exact coordinate and still nothing. Here is a picture. I have gone from surface level down to bedrock. Thank you! (1.18 experimental snapshot 4)
