Snowcapped Peaks show rain instead of snow!

Hello! I noticed while checking out the snowcapped peaks that during rainy weather it shows rain instead of snow. While walking up the mountain it's snowing... but then when you get to the peaks it turns to rain! I believe it should be snowing. Here's a screenshot:https://imgur.com/a/RFIGJMa
