Vindicators named "Johnny" do not attack baby villagers

The Bug:

Vindicators named "Johnny" do not attack baby villagers.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Summon both a vindicator named "Johnny" and a baby villager.

• /summon minecraft:vindicator ~ ~ ~ {CustomName:"\"Johnny\"",HandItems:[{id:"minecraft:iron_axe",Count:1b}]}
  /summon minecraft:villager ~ ~ ~ {Age:-25000}

• Wait a couple of seconds.
• →  Notice how vindicators named "Johnny" do not attack baby villagers. 

Expected Behavior:

The expected behavior would be that vindicators named "Johnny" would attack baby villagers.
