"Feature Placement" Crash / java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 0 out of bounds for length 0

Traveling east at  -1900 x / 90 y / -5670 on seed -1571165624 , you reach a point just over the mountain where the game crashes for some reason. The first times I got the crash, it was due to a 'Feature Placement'. One time while revisiting the area, the crash was due to a "Exception in server tick loop". I've also had crashes where the screen just goes grey, like the game is trying to crash, but can't. I'm attaching crash reports as well.
