Caves and Lakes generating too much in Desert surface

Water, lakes, waterlogged caves, and caves are generating way too frequently in desert biomes. I personally think all caves should be uncommon to carve into the surface of desert biomes to help the flat, barren feel of them. They currently feel like swiss cheese.
