Drowning in 1 block air

I don't know why, but I was still hearing the drowning sound even when my head is not underwater.

 

Fine, I'll add steps to reproduce. But it's very hard to reproduce, since it's a rare glitch. (Possibly 1% chance), so that means this ticket will most likely be closed as "Cannot Reproduce".

 

Steps to reproduce:

 

1. Get the random door glitch, but underwater. (See MC-236737)
2. Move your head until it's in the air block.
3. Notice how the air bubbles pop even though your head is not in the water blocks.

 

Also, why do you set the status to "Resolved", instead of "Closed"?
