Powder Snow Z-Fighting in Spectator Mode

There is a rendering issue with powder snow while in spectator. I went inside powdered snow within spectator mode and I saw z-fighting with snow that are bordering blocks if they are far away. After moving closer, it disappeared. When standing still, I found that the z-fighting was still.

During testing, I tested Ancient Debris, Stone, Dirt, Grass Block, Purpur, and Endstone. They are started showing hints of z-fighting around 8 blocks away, but were most prominent after 12 blocks. When moving around 20 blocks away, the block behind the powdered snow was easy to see. When not moving around 30 blocks away, I was sometimes able to clearly see the block behind.
