Cow Mob Path Finding Blocked

On a server i play on we just updated while making pens for animals i had a cow follow me when going through fence gates it loses path finding, even double wide fence gates, i even tried just pushing the cow through and it wouldnt.

What I expected to happen was...:
The cow should follow me through.

What actually happened was...:
It loses interest, or can't path find and just sits there.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make a small fenced area with a fence gate.
2. Spawn a cow
3.Use wheat to get its attention
4.Get it to follow you around and go through the fence gate.
