Single biomes causes lag

The Bug

When starting a new world in a single biome it lags immensely every time you move

Reproduce

• Start a single biome world (Grove is the best biome to test this in)
• Walk/Fly around
  Notice the lag

Expected Result

No to little lag would occur

Do not minimize the game while the world is loading this would cause the issue to not reproduce
