Parity issue: Command /structure is missing from Java Edition

The bug

Parity issue: command /structure is missing from Java Edition. The command was added in Bedrock Edition 1.16.100 and is used to save and load structures without having to use structure blocks.

The command /structure would be available like in Bedrock Edition
