The title within the "Add Server" menu is displayed as "Edit Server Info"

The Bug:

The title within the "Add Server" menu is displayed as "Edit Server Info".

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the multiplayer menu, select any server within the list, and click the "Edit" button.
2. Look near the top of your screen and take note of how the "Edit Server Info" title can be seen within the "Edit Server" menu.
3. Click on the "Cancel" button and then hit the "Add Server" button.
4. Look near the top of your screen.
5. Take note as to whether or not the title within the "Add Server" menu is displayed as "Edit Server Info".

Observed Behavior:

The title within the "Add Server" menu is displayed as "Edit Server Info".

Expected Behavior:

The title within the "Add Server" menu would not be displayed as "Edit Server Info". Instead, it should be "Add Server" and not "Edit Server Info".
