You cannot use CTRL+BACKSPACE to delete words in the book and quill GUI

The Bug:

You cannot use CTRL+BACKSPACE to delete words in the book and quill GUI.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Obtain a book and quill.
• Type several words into the book.
• Attempt to use CTRL+BACKSPACE to delete words.
• Take note as to whether or not you can use CTRL+BACKSPACE to delete words in the book and quill GUI.

Observed Behavior:

You cannot use CTRL+BACKSPACE to delete words in the book and quill GUI.

If you were to attempt to do this, only a single character would be deleted.

Expected Behavior:

You would be able to use CTRL+BACKSPACE to delete words in the book and quill GUI.
